MALBEC EXPRESSION OF THE RECOGNIZED WINEMAKER DANIEL PI
Located on the side of Los Patos River, at Finca Cahuak, Calingasta Valley, San Juan at 1650 meters above sea level.
Its desert climate, extremely diaphanous sky and its wide thermal amplitude allow rapid maturity and particular development of spicy and fruity aromas.
This wine is naturally fermented without the addition of selected cultures in concrete vats and aged in French oak Foudre for 15 months with the aim of highlighting the characteristics of this particular mountain terroir.
